I truly am in love wth my Roomba. Mine's named Geoffrey (after the butler on Fresh Prince). My dad also has one and swears by it. (his is named Alice - from Brady Bunch).

It works well on our carpeted rooms as well as our tile so I have absolutely no complaints

I have about worn mine out - two cats and a Milly Dog(yellow lab)!!! I have replaced two batteries and would go without food to buy another battery if I had to!!! I just wish he wouldn't mate with the cords!!!

Just got a new one for Christmas. I'm not so sure yet. I have hardwood floors and tile, it seems to miss a lot. It drives me nuts to watch it because it just seems to wonder all over the place. I've only used it twice so will withhold judgement a bit longer. I do like the way it talks to me when I push the button, it sounds like R2D2.
