Room for rent: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story house/cottage off of 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), shared with 1 person.
$550/mo plus utilities (utilities are about $100/mo including internet)
Rental period begins January 1st, 2013.
Furnished downstairs, room for rent includes queen size bed with shelving in large walk-in closet.
First months rent plus deposit ($1100 up front) and each month share on the utilities (includes water/sewer, electric, and internet) which come to an average per month of about $100/person)
I'd also like to get a quick credit check before I move in with anyone.
