Just a little update...

Roxy is still kickin. She ate 4 hamburgers yesterday.
Parrothead also hand fed her noodles, one by one.
They said she's acting fine...I think Phead's really scared though. He's afraid to come home from school and find her not ok.

So that's the latest on my poopy baby!

I do. I just talked to my mom. Little Roxy is hanging in there. She's being spoiled rotten as usual. We just have to keep our chin up. Hopefully she is as comfortable as we are being told.

Kimmi, I am so sorry to hear about Roxy. It's very hard to say "goodbye." By the way you talk about Roxy, I can tell that she's had a wonderful life with you and your family. In fact, if there is any such thing as reincarnation, I'd like to come back as one of your dogs!

We lost our beloved 14-yr. old fluffy ginger cat, Cecil last Christmas and had to leave the house for three days to recover. We still think about him. One thing that really helped me was making a scrapbook of Cecil's life, along with a little ash box filled with some of his favorite things. Now we have the puppy, Butter and I swear that he does many of the same twisted things that Cecil once did. I like to think that there's a little bit of Cecil deep down inside Butter. Sounds like Roxy is getting the royal treatment. We should all be so loved and lucky when our time comes. Hang in there, kiddo.

I have a prayer request also. My sweet twin just called me and told me that she was having to have her beloved cat Bimini put down today. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers, it is very hard for her. Thank you.
