Definitely have Oli buy Snapperheads! Already a restaurant/bar so no approval issues and plenty of room to expand!

Was thinking a 2 story open/screened bar area would be good on the east end of that property!

Yummy potatoes and crab cakes in the old building, smoking/drinks in the new, and a deck between!
