Sail boat storage

I vacation in Santa Rosa Beach during the months of Jan, Feb and Mar. I have a small Catalina sailboat that I bring with me and I would like store it near the water. Does anyone know of an area that I might store the boat on a trailer with the mast up, that has access to the water. I have contacted several marinas in the area but have had no luck finding a place to dry sail. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

An update on the request for information on sailboat storage. I forgot to mention that when I sail, I usually sail in the Destin Harbor area, around Joes Bayou.
