Blinds

Good morning!

Looks like you do not have any blinds on the windows. I have been installing
many blinds on houses ready to be rented @ builder cost for the blinds.
If you need a quote/references for any homes on the rental market, let me know.
Many builders I deal with have chosen to rent their homes instead of letting them sit.
Once rented, the renter wants/demands some type of window treatment included.

Sailnmike brings up a good point - location, price and a bit more info would be helpful to people in the rental market. I see from maps that this home appears to be about a block South of Nursery Rd. and just West of Indian Woman Rd. (and East of 393) in Santa Rosa Beach.

yes, it is 1000.00 per month for a years lease. I forgot to put the price in, sorry. Ed 585-1010 and yes, it is just a block south of Nursery Rd or about a mile north of Chat Holly Rd.
