Mahi Mahi Roll - Fresh Fried Mahi with Mahi dip, green onion and soy wrapper
Ginger Mahi Nigiri - Ginger fried Mahi with sesame avocado, fried onion and Jezebel sauce
Country Fried Chicken Roll - Fried chicken with Texas Caviar, mustard greens and caramelized onions
