Andy I'm not going to get in a pissing match with someone using the garden hose. Glenn Beck is an opinion based show. That previous post listed stats which are not supported by a source other than someone's opinion on a show. It has been proven repeatedly that Fox News simply makes up 'facts' to support their agenda.

Ok, I'm not a liberal so I will back up my facts.

Here's a 3rd party link which confirms the Math Proficiency statistic that I believe you challenged.

You'll probably just criticize this one as well though. You wouldn't want to accept facts that might actually lead to children getting a better education at the costs of teachers unions

How about this link from the site you linked to?

That shows that you apparently carefully selected the lowest performing public school. From that list I see that the public schools actually perform better than charter schools in the same area. Using that information it seems that the voucher system doesn't work.

Well I didn't select that school; it was the one that Glenn Beck cited in the piece.

And voucher programs are for private schools, not charter schools.

Well that speaks volumes.

We should compare private schools to the public and charter schools then. Unfortunately private schools are exempt from the standardized testing so the entire argument is moot without actual proof.
