Sea grade rd. Beach Access (Blue Mountain Beach)

Hi!

Family and I are making the trip in early August to Blue Mountain. We are staying on Blue Lake RD but our beach access is Sea Grade (one block from our rental). I have two questions:

1.) Is this area crowded in August? Looks like mostly houses so I am assuming we will avoid the rows and rows of rented umbrellas/charis?

2.) We have rented a golf cart. Are we allowed to park it anywhere near the Sea Grade Rd Beach Access? I noticed from the aerial photo below there appears to be a vacant lot next to the board walk. Possible parking there?

Everything is much less crowded after school starts in August. Neighbors are pushy in that neighborhood so no you can't park anywhere except that one spot you see at the access.

No parking needed if you are one block from the access keep it simple and take only what you can carry.

That photo is definitely old. The beach is fairly shallow in that area. Maybe 20-30 feet.

I don't think it's when school starts there as much as when school starts in all the places people come from.

Absolutely! In some cases people like the thinner beaches due to physical limitations of walking through hundreds of feet of soft sand.
