Kim, anyone...why all the sudden is Preston Federline, spawn of Britney and what's-his-name, referred to as Sean or Sean Preston? Namer's remorse, or what?

On a similar note about celebrity names, when we were down at the beach I had NPR on and Terri Gross was interviewing Caroline Kennedy. Apparently she doesn't go by Caroline Kennedy Schlausberg (sp?) anymore. Did she get divorced or is it just that since she's the last Kennedy she feels she has to emphasize the family name?
