Should laws be broken?

It must be confusing for some tourists who come into town and see folks conveniently driving golf carts a few blocks to the beach - maybe they do not know the law at all - and it appears as if it is legal. And we do see more and more golf carts and other kinds of motorized carts & such all up and down 30A. So, the law may seem fuzzy to some.


Certainly a homeowner knows the law, and would abide in their own neighborhood, knowing first hand the dangers and risks. Hopefully, law enforcement can do something to make it clear to all.
