Neither local party can claim to follow the rules IMO, but I do believe most of those convicted or who plead out their cases recently were Republicans. :roll:

The problem with election law is someone has to file a complaint for them to act. So I guess we will see. The election did just end after all.

I guess I am the only that remembers the Dems violating so many rules two years ago that they basically had to totally reconstitute themselves.

Actually it turned out to be a power grab by the one person behind the scenes who committed not only State, but Federal elections law violations.
