No, but he was suspended after an incident on a school bus that led to a parent complaint.
My guess is that the other kid came home and told the parent "so-and-so drew a picture of him shooting me with a gun".............fast forward to the AP being involved!

If it isn't explicitly spelled out as school policy, someone claims favoritism, discrimination etc.
I play with water guns myself. I have the super shooters that will soak people.![]()
I can see a policy of no guns in school, but a drawing, gimme a break.
I wonder if that was spelled out in their policy?
Had this issue the other day with my 11 year nephew. He wore a green stripe in his brunette hair that washes out. He was sent to the principals office. She told him it was against school policy. He asked why the other boys could have permanent stripes (highlighting) in their hair? (which seems to be the rage now with the boys) and my sister was called and she told him that he was being insubordinate. (He's also an A student)
The same day they lost my 6 year old nephew on the wrong school bus.

FTLOG!If so, I hope they put you in the same jail as SJ, and I'll bring cakes for both of you!give me a f67498 break ! (is that right SCK?) Wonder what schools are going to be like when mine start...I'll probably be in front of a judge myself every other weekMaybe they'll just hold court IN school. This makes me want to slap the bull butter out of a principal
