This wonderful, young, beach home is part of the charming community of Old Florida Cottages, which boasts lush landscaping, brick pavers, white picket fences, and rainbow colors. Beached Inn is very comfortable and roomy and has a beach style decor with lots of bright colors and cottage furniture.

Sit on the patio off the living area and hear the waves. The walk to the sugar-white sand beach of the Emerald Coast is just 200 yards away. For those who prefer a pool, it is located in the center of the community - just steps from the house. The pool is heated in the spring and fall for your enjoyment.

You will enter 'A Day In The Life' on the first floor with two bedrooms and two baths. The master king-size bedroom is on the first floor, complete with its own private deck, as well as a queen-size bedroom that includes a twin bed. On the second floor, the living area takes advantage of the Gulf views. Additionally, there is a third bedroom upstairs with a queen and a twin bed and its own deck. We have sleeping for eight to ten people. One king, two queens, two twins, and a queen-size sleeper couch.

Casa Mimosa is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom beach home nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach. ONLY 1/2 a mile from downtown Seaside!! It has everything you could ever dream of in a beach home! This home has a fenced in backyard with an in ground private heated pool (with $600 heating fee). Casa Mimosa sets only 350 steps away from the sugar white sand and the beautiful gulf! Relaxation and Rejuvenation is the theme of the house with its 2 King size beds, Private Baths in every room, Flat Screens throughout, and beach decor just to name a few. The jetted tub in the upstairs master bath is sure to help on those days you need to unwind. Family time is also important, so we have provided a gas grill and patio set on the front porch to enjoy an evening cookout. The fully-equipped kitchen allows for easy preparation of family meals, unless grilling out on the deck while watching the sunset is more to your liking. A favorite after-dinner activity is biking the short trail into Seaside for gelato, shopping or a variety of outdoor music, movies and art offerings.

Casa Mimosa sets right off 30A which is a scenic drive along the emerald coast that is speckled with unique artsy beach communities, each with their special flare and appeal. Seaside hosts weekly concerts and movies and has eclectic shops and great local restaurants. If you travel further east on 30A you will reach Alys Beach which also hosts weekly outdoor concerts and movies. Further east is Rosemary Beach, which again has unique shops and eateries. A 22 mile paved walking/jogging/biking trail extends the length of 30A and passes beautiful beaches, coastal dune lakes, and picturesque beach towns. Bike/kayak rentals, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance of the house. We are across the street from the sugar white sands and emerald waters that have been voted one of the top 10 beaches. Beach access (with parking, shower, and restrooms) is also across the street from our home.

This 2 story house is designed to be used as 2 separate apartments or a 4 bedroom house. This floor plan is perfect for extended family or two family vacations. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath's, kitchen and living/dining areas. Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one has 2 twin beds.

There are comfortable sleep sofas in both living rooms. French doors in three bedrooms open onto a wide porch, which runs across the back overlooking serene Big Redfish Lake. A deck by the lake offers the opportunity to further enjoy this peaceful spot and stairs take you down to the water's edge to a dock. A roof top deck offers a panoramic view of the Gulf and Big Redfish Lake.

This four bedroom, 3 & ½ bath house sleeps 10 people. Built in 2007, it features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, granite counter tops and tiled showers. The second and third floor balconies provide a great view. The ocean view on the third floor is a great place to catch a sunrise!

Located a quick 7 minute walk from the pristine beaches of 30-A!

This beach is gorgeous and never crowded! Beach access is only 1 1/2 blocks with parking for cars / bikes. Clean full bathrooms are open with showers and a large deck overlooking the beach.

The area offers local restaurants, unique art galleries and shops, and a 22 mile bike/jogging path that runs along the coastline. 10 miles away lies 'civilization' in Destin where you can enjoy Destin Commons, Silver Sands outlet mall, movies and night life.

The downstairs is open concept kitchen, dining , living so you can be cooking and talking to your family and guests and not feel left out of any family moment , the kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, and top of the line stainless steel appliances , the living room is beautifully decorated very modern colors with the beachy touch. The dining table is beautiful andhas the hammered wood top, providing lots of room for family and friends.

In the back after a hot day at the beach you can relax by the pool with a drink and cool off, or the kids can have some fun in the pool while you are cooking dinner on the grill. This unit is close to the beach you can walk or drive, right off 30A and close to restaurant’s, bike riding, kayaking, and a drive to 98 will take you into Miramar beach where you can go to Grand Blvd to our Carmike Theaters where you can sit and watch a movie and be waited on. Shop at our Silver Sands Outlet Mall and get great deals on your favorite name brands, after a long day shopping stop over at Cheese Burger in Paradise for an awesome burger. We have it all!

Emma's Dream is a wonderful four bedroom, three full bathroom home that is tucked away just south of highway 30A in the highly desirable community of Summers Edge. With two community pools (Heated) which are a 2-3 minute walk and a deeded beach walkover which is a 5 minute walk away, as well as a gated exit in close vicinity to Seaside and 30A, this community is very popular for families with kids of all ages. Three separate outdoor spaces, including one large screened in porch, allow plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the cool gulf breezes.

Guests are welcomed by an open living area that epitomizes 30A’s laid back attitude. Just inside you will find the dining room and large open kitchen with NEW tile and granite counter tops throughout the home. Just beyond is the living room with large sectional and 65” Flat Screen TV.

Laundry and full bath just off of the living room. The home has been beautifully decorated with many unique pieces. Out back you will find one of the largest private pools in Seagrove! Lounge chairs and umbrellas as well as pool and beach toys are provided for your use. Outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt off. Upstairs, the master suite on the front of the house has its own private balcony with views of the gulf for a romantic sunset view or the early morning coffee sunrise.

A King size bed, 50” flat screen TV’s, large walk-in closet, and a private bath are perfect for your “recovery”. A large closet has been converted to a bunk room for addition sleeping. The other 2 King bedrooms are both equipped with large closets and flat screen TV’s with a joint jack and jill bath.

There is a screened porch, spacious deck and outdoor shower for your enjoyment. The screened porch is equipped with a custom bed swing that will relax all stresses away! Additionally, there is a half bath on this level for entertaining convenience and bedroom privacy.

The second floor is host to additional bedrooms including a king, queen and bunk room.
The king bedroom has its own private bath with custom tile shower. There is also a full bathroom in the hall across from the bunks and just down the hall from the queen room.
