well, i am pretty red today, or i at least feel burnt. i obviously missed a spot on the top of my foot that is beet red and i forgot to do my face yeah, it feels pretty sore. other than that going swell, thanks for asking!

i have been using vinegar for years - doused myself up good last night, smelled like a big pickle but sure felt good !
