you know what would be smart is if some of us gulls would trade out during the week and cook for everyone. We could pick up from our house, dont have to eat together just pick up the food. Then a couple of nights a week you would not have to cook. We would just have to get through the list of what people are allergic to or JDargs large list of things she does not eat...:D

I have breaking news. The Dargs are not carnivores. According to Kate, we are "meat-a-tarians".

Tonight's dinner- grilled chicken from last night, made into a salad with black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, lettuce. Kids are having leftover jerk burgers.

Hey JohnR- I would have invited you to dinner earlier if I had known what we are having. If you want a healthy salad, come by at dinner hour.

I need a job so I can hire a nanny/cook for Skunky. ;-)

I cook Mexican and Italian too much. But for some reason, I just can't motivate myself to cook anything in any of my cookbooks tonight. Everything just sounds so yuck.

Welcome to my constant state of mind. I get in a cooking funk this time of year. All the excitement of late fall/winter comfort food has faded, and the fresh produce and cooking ideas of spring aren't here yet. Alas, I am filling up on the kids' Valentine's Day candy instead...

:breakcomp:Don't you encourage bad behavior!

Bad behavior? Punz gets major points for even thinking about feeding you! :D

I have never desired full time help, until someone mentions a cook! The nanny part is priceless! :D

Rosemary crusted lamb chops w/ asparagus? :dunno:

Spinkle both sides of lamb chops w/ rosemary and some white wine, broil.

Sautee asparagus w/ balsamic and cracked black pepper.
