Florida has some outstanding rebates for going solar. When we build our ICF and put up panels we will be getting a stellar system for a LOT less than we budgeted. We are so pleased!!

Can't be our place - we haven't started building. We've only cleared the lot. It will be exciting though very soon!

If you're referring to the place across from the entrance to Redfish Village on the South side of 30A... that is modular. I know the homeowners and saw the plans, it's from a company in Carrabelle. All steel structure and low maintenance exterior for a surprisingly decent price/ft. I'm really interested in seeing the finished product.
Okay, it was based on a previous post by Gidget, thought it was her lot.
The finished product seems to be pretty much in place. ;-)
