Chef Ed Reese is rolling out his new menu at Caliza Pool.
I had the pork chop with tomato chutney aioli and polenta the other night. YUM! He has some great local seafood, ceviche, chicken risotto and many other items on the menu as well.
If you haven't dined at Caliza, now it the time. There is no more beautiful setting and the food is, in my humble (unbiased) opinion, amazing. Ah, but the beverages alone are worth coming in for. There is nothing as refreshing as Caliza's Strawberry Lemonade, though the key lime martini is a close second.

I'll post the new menu as soon as I can, or better yet, go by there tonight!

Does the humidity dampen the spirit while eating there? I have been wanting to try it but this heat is killing me!!!

I'd be lyin if I told you it wasn't warm at Caliza but I haven't noticed anyone's spirits dampened in the least.

I'm trying. I scanned it but it is coming out small. Patience!!!

Last night my friend and I had the Tuna Tartar, Capellini al Pomodoro, and Red Snapper. It was all incredibly delicious. :love:

Went last night, mussel app, grouper, and red snapper were top notch. I think this menu is an upgrade.
