I had a roommate in college (only one semester, thank GAWD!) who listened to nothing but the Beach Boys. She had one Greatest Hits type cassette that she played as soon as she woke up in the morning, as soon as she got in the room during the day, and before she went to bed. Every single day. She had to be one of the strangest people I ever met in my life, and I still can't hear the Beach Boys without getting the shivers.
I would rather hear cats fighting than to listen to her sing. The Titanic song has one of the coolest key changes ever, but I never want to hear it again.
Speaking of never wanting to hear that song again, how about some 1970s Olivia Newton John country?
