Same here. Prince of Tides was a fabulous read.....I still have hard time with 'that scene' however.

Loved POT. I know what you mean about "the scene" though. :shock:

I've never been to that area, but it looks so beautiful! Someday, I'd love to visit there..you could be my tour guide.

I am looking forward to it as well. I spent time last month in Charleston, and enjoyed it. Sullivan's Island is very special.

My favorite PC book is Beach Music. Something about the turtles I think...it was/is wonderful.

It's so different than the Gulf. Even the smells - the marsh is saltier or something, I don't know, but it's fabulous and deep in my veins! I just know you'll love it!;-)

I read it, it was good. I like his other books so I was not disappointed. We have our vacation home on Hilton Head Island so I love anything written about Charleston or Savannah or points in between.

Prince of Tides has been recommended by several people. I guess I need to add it to my reading list!
