Beachview started out as a riding stable, among other things that I can't remember. It morphed into a restaurant, and then later into a bar complete with disco dance floor. It was at it'd best when it changed into Collaborations...Does anybody remember the Big cow? Did she run off with the Green Knight?

I have some really nice artsy stuff from Collaborations. A beautiful mirror, a decorated wine bottle, and two pieces of furniture. That was a really fun place.

The cow ended up a mile or so away from our old house in Louisville. BobbyJ told me the story after we moved here. We used to marvel at that cow and had no idea about it's origin!

Funny story and some truth for sure, but if anyone thinks for one minute South Walton has somehow escaped from the Red Neck Riviera nickname and demographic, well, they haven't lived or visited here for very long. I'm not saying that's a bad thing either.
