Ugh, I heard that--I've completed one major task only--sorting through and packing all the sand toys! Oh, and washing blankets for the kids to use in the car on the drive. I need a personal assistant.

Yeah, I've done that too. That's some of the easy stuff 'cause you don't need it here at home (ours have been cluttering up the garage since Destin last spring - although we did leave a lot of them down there in a bag at our condo marked "free to a good home.") Tonight I am doing laundry and hopefully getting out the suitcases...I try not to fret too much about packing as we won't be too far from civilization and can buy most things we might forget. But I'd prefer not to make too many trips to PCB or Destin.

Thank you. I am soooooo busy at work - they're trying to get me to do every imaginable thing before I go because, you know, no body else can do it! ARGH! There's 4 - 5 big jobs to produce right when I get back. The same for my hubby! If I can just get the 3 of us on the plane before he has a heart attack, then all will be ok. This island has no cell service, no phonce service (just vhf, whatever that is). My son is gonna freak when he realizes that he won't be using his cell. My husband's company is desperately trying to get him to take a laptop to do "a little work." This is one of the reasons I chose this palce. It does have a/c tho!
But no swimming pigs. That's Staniel Cay. I'll take a pic. if I see any tho!

Wow JR you folks are overdue for some R&R! I know you'll enjoy yourselves! Now your son will know how it used to be for all of us, back in the good ol' days. ;-) We'll look for those photos, pigs or not!
