For year's we've been watching the building of an absolutely HUGE, almost ship-shaped house south of Rosemary Beach. I saw a picture of it done by Moon Creek and it was labeled "Hilton Home" (I think). What's the scoop on this house??? We've been dying of curiousity!! It's become part of our annual vacation routine to check the progress. :roll:

I was wondering when they would get around to doing that. I'm surprised it hasn't been done already.

If this is the case then they will always be open since there is no build out date and only a handful of homes are in the subd. as of now...

The gates will be installed and closed soon. A security system will be installed to track each individual in and out, real estate personnel, rental agents, contractors, renters, etc. There are only three homes currently completing construction and no others are currently planned. Plus there's only 42 lots that could still be built on and no build out time requirements. So, in this market I doubt you'll see a building boom here anytime soon.

By the way, I think the design for the gates is exceptionally appealling. Not your typical straight up iron fence. Think waves and sea oats. The rest of the entrance will receive a makeover also. Watch what happens!

Thanks for the update Paradise Sea. Our Seacrest home overlooks your subdivision, and it will be interesting to see how it evolves. Eventually. (Emphasis on eventually. We enjoy our views for now!)
