I've hardly ever heard of them doing concerts in the past. I always felt they were strickly studio musicians.
For those who missed Steely Dan at the Wharf Sunday night it was one of the most entertaining concerts of the year. Walter Becker and Donald Fagan who are truly "professional musicians" put on a two hour show that captivated the crowd. Playing their oldies with some rocking backup singers the crowds were in ectasy under the stars at the Wharf Amphitheater which was a spectacular venue I might add. Everyone who had the opportunity will remember this one for years to come.
