I am trying to get the word out about a great new fitness class I am offering in this area! It is called Stroller Strides! It is a total body workout moms can do with thier babies! It is not just a walk in the park. We do interval training with resistance tubing as well as cardio bursts and drills. It is great for any level exerciser as we can give modifications for beginner-advanced for almost every exercise as well as give modifications for pregnancy. This program is a lot of fun! I have a 2 year old that participates in class with me and occasionally me 4 year old comes along as well. We focus on keeping your baby entertained while you workout! We also offer palygroups once a week, Mom's Night Out once a month, an a quarterly service project called Mom's With a Mission.
