Waaayyy over charging
Hi Melissa, thank you for your valued input! We are actually only charging our current tenant $1,000.00, the same rate we have been successfully for the past four years with usually long term & happy tenants (so yes, that should be adjusted and thank you for reminding me). We are lucky enough to feel this is a fair ask for sharing our personal home with others. Please keep in mind this is a fully private space with all utilities included. The average cost for a private space in our location begins at $1,500 w/o utilities. I do understand if this is out of your price point & wish you the best of luck on your accommodation hunting!

Hi Bianca, absolutely. We are located off of North 283 in the Point Washington area. Just a short walk to the bay & a short drive across 98 to Grayton Beach! I will reply on this thread if the space should become available again.
