Summer fragrances?

I'm looking for a summer fragrance that's light, but lingering. Fresh, clean - not overpowering or perfume-y. And defined as low hazard on ewg.org's cosmetics database - not necessarily organic, but not toxic, either. And perhaps part of a line including lotion for layering. Oh, and not too pricey, please.

Is my request sufficiently impossible? Your suggestions, ladies?

Verbenas of Provence.
White Jasmine & Mint, optionally mixed with Grapefruit or Orange Blossom.

Jo Malone doesn't fit into the not too pricey category!!!! The new Coach is really nice.

Jo Malone's prices are a bit high on their website, but I found some good deals on eBay. I'll check out Coach, too. Thanks to both of you for the suggestions.

I am sure you have gone to Patchouli's. Day at the Beach and Mermaid at Sea smell wonderful. Very light and fresh. I am a lotion only person as I don't like the intensity of colognes or perfume. I also love L'Occitane shea butter.

During the summer I prefer to use a lotion with fragrance. I love Davies Gate quince lotion.

I like the Soap Peddler lady's lavender lotion.

Patchouli has an "after-sun" lotion that smells great too.
