jdarg, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks they are disgusting! I just thought I didn't understand them!And escargot--you can't put enough butter and garlic to make those things taste any better! But, blue cheese and mushrooms--YUM! My daughter says that blue cheese reminds her of toe jam. I try not to think about that when I'm enjoying a good blue!
