i LOVE it! we just got a memo from sandestin informing us that gulf power will be cutting down most of the trees in our entrance to make way for new power infrastructure and that while some people make look at this as "clear cutting" they are simply removing an "exorbitant amount of trees".

i AM NOT KIDDING. THEY ACTUALLY WROTE "EXORBITANT" before "amount of trees".

oh i'm sorry. we must mow those 3 trees down immediately, were they in the way of one of your condos????

it's just sad when people buy their own crap :roll: since they don't have the sense, i'm embarrassed FOR them.

Wow. I bet they put up some real nice and tall aluminum transmission towers. Is this an existing utility right-of-way or will there be a further right-of-way acquisition for this project? What kind of trees are at issue here, loblolly pine?
