I bought a baseball T w/ the purple paw on it from them. When i went to check out it showed how many bowls of food I provided for the animals. Just by buying something...Pretty cool.

TALLAHASSEE ? Charlie is successful, good looking, charming, single. He lives in a mansion and drives a Mustang convertible.
But "Charlie" just so happens to be Charlie Crist, 51-year-old bachelor governor of Florida. And lately a much talked-about potential running mate for Republican presidential nominee John McCain.
So when Crist earlier this month introduced 38-year-old socialite Carole Rome as "my girlfriend" at a Governor's Mansion reception, tongues wagged: Could she be 'the one,' the future first lady of Florida? Or even, a vice president's wife?
Or is Rome, recently divorced and the mother of two school-age girls in New York, just the latest woman to be linked, correctly or not, with the governor who makes no apologies about his social life?

I know. Interesting all of this stuff is coming out and directly opposite all the rumors that had to be fought during the election. Charlie seems to be a nice enough fellow. I wonder where they will be holding the wedding.

It will ultimately be a marriage of convenience. Conservative Republicans would prefer their VP's married, so he really needs to do this now.

Heck, if I was single and got elected governor of Florida, I'd be hunting a partner as soon as I saw the neighborhood the Governor's Mansion is in.
