I too am afraid of heights, which is why it's not been painted already. I figure it's about 20 feet high. :shock: So far, all I can supply is the Labbatt's and paint. I can borrow a ladder. For the menu...hmmm...let's see.
How about:

Chicken Fried Steak with real cream gravy
Fried Potatoes
Fresh Green Beans/or Pinto Beans
Fried Squash
Fresh sliced tomatoes
Fresh Green Onions
Rolls
Blackberry Cobbler

Or my name!!! Yes I am in this year!!! I got DD's name last time I participated!! I enjoyed making the ornaments too!!

I had DD this past xmas. making stuff for her was just too funn. I almost neglected the rest of xmas around here because I just wanted to keep making stuff for DD.

I was the maid today and did tons of laundry. Then I ran my son over to a friends house so they could go to the mall and then go bowling and hang out. Then I took one of my daughters to her soccer practice and the other daughter to volleyball practice. I am finally home. I am not cooking tonight. We grilled last night and made sure we grilled more than we needed. It was a left over night!! Now I am sitting on the couch with my youngest daughter, she is watching America's got Talent.

DD, the menu sounds mouth watering, especially the cobbler. I love cobbler. Just to calrify, I am not afraid of heights, I was being sarcastic. I can climb a ladder with the best of them.
Tootsie, I am working on it and am getting there, just a bit slow though. As they say (slow and steady wins the race) . I am no longer fast but I am good. I have to see a menu from Lynnie to decide which direction I go first.

OK, how about buttermilk fried chicken with baked five cheese macaroni, black-eyed peas, sliced tomatoes and a spinach, arugula, basil salad? Sweet tea with lemon. Dark chocolate brownies with blueberries and strawberries for desert.

DD, it would just have to be Peach cobbler followed closely by Cherry cobbler and then Blackberry cobbler. It kind of looks like Lynnie is slacking.
