My weekend was great - relaxed, played, cooked, had martinis, cooled off in the pool, but our weather was delightfully cooler with no humidity - I know Y'all are jealous! Slept late and protected Sweet Pea and Cowboy from very loud fireworks! The cat was an absolute mess! DD was here a minute ago

Lynnie, I have been practicing my ladder moves so I can take care of DD and her entranceway. The peak on this house is 40 feet up so a mere 20 feet is nothing at DD's place.

Kish, want to bring that ladder and climb in my tree? Put you up about 30' from the deck, 45' from the ground. Time to get man types up there; just met the Forester (advanced from Arborist these days) there and I am hopeful that this magnificent tree has many, many more years left in her.

Lynnie, I can't tell you much about trees other then they make great firewood. If you had a cat stuck up there that would be a different story. As far as the ladder moves(you have heard of pole dancing) DD would be laughing so hard she would forget about the entranceway.

DD, the hardest one to learn is 1 step up and 2 steps down. That one was tough and took me a while to get right

Lynnie, the outfit is coveralls with the bottom flat like the old nightshirts You have to be sure to wears shoes though so you don't get splinters!

Too funny! Y'all made my week certainly more bearable. It's been a mofo. Mostly work stuff. I always know I can come to this thread for some funn though!
