Kish, I don't scare that easily. I've just been busy, but I've got my eye on your post count! Let's start planning the ornament you're gonna create for some lucky person!

DD, to be perfectly honest, I would just love to have the whole family together for the Holiday. It has been a number of years since this has happened and there is a ray of hope of it happening this year. That would be perfect.:clap:

Lynnie, just remember I volunteered forst and not D.T.I.:lolabove::lolabove:
For the ornament, I think I have to wait to see who I get. If it is you or DD, I already have a great one in mind. It would be made out of bread dough so I can make different figures.:clap:

Lynnie, they are made with salt and flour and tempra paint for colors. They are molded, baked and dipped in liquid plastic so they don't break or get moldy. We hang them on our tree and have some that are at least 20 years old. I will take some pictures and forward them to you when we pull them out.

KISH, I used to make them too, but never dipped them, just put shellac on them. In fact, I've made a few recently.
I think any of us would be fortunate to have a hand crafted KISH original!

KISH--what's your favorite Christmas tradition?

When the kids were younger and still at home, we used to line them up on the stairway and take a picture of them looking at the tree and presents with hungry eyes. We have a collage of them through the years framed that gets hung every year. I also used to read them the original Polar Express story before it was made into a movie. I have one of the original book sets with the cassette and the bell that you ring.
