The Rental Shop 30A offers beach bonfire services primarily for families on vacation. We also deliver bike, kayak, and paddle board rentals around Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Sandestin, Miramar Beach, and parts of Panama City Beach.
We are hiring all shifts from Am-Pm. Looking for candidates who take great pride in their work and can handle all equipment and company vehicles, and trailers with care. We are looking for clean cut , and reliable individuals who show up on time, and work efficiently during the time spent working. We offer competitive pay. Staff can work 60 hours a week or more. All candidates must willing to complete drug and background screening. Having their own vehicle such as a truck would be a bonus, and staff would be compensated for this. Shift times vary however morning shift begins around 7-8 am. Evening shift that includes pickups of rental items, and beach bonfire packages. Evening shift works until the job is done, which could be as early as 10pm, or beyond midnight. Most staff are done by midnight. Must be able to lift 70lbs as fire pits can become heavy, and staff must be able to lift kayaks and travel up and down stairs on beach accesses. Candidates must pass series of drills/excercises such as safely pulling custom trailers, being able to carry heavy items, etc.
