AAbsolute, it's amazing what the Cubans will do to escape Communism.
They are 90 mi. from Jamaica and 90 mi. from US. Took a boat ride out to the Dry Tortugas and we saw a makeshift cat tied to a fishing buoy. Of course, Cap'n circled but saw no one. All of a sudden US Coast Guard is everywhere. We were really hopeful these people survived, but it looked grim.
