Really, I mean, really? Unemployment at 10%, the federal government deep in debt and spending 1.5 trillion per year thanks to Chinese and middle eastern financing? Iran, Israel, and North Korea running amuck on the world stage? Nuclear conflict eminent? A strengthening Russia? A weakened Western Europe? We're better off? Really?

What are we telling our children? My husband who works hard everyday and our youngest is going to college this fall with no financial help, but her best friend who has a father that is spending every night at the bar drinking and not working is getting to go to college for free!!!
