He got fired yesterday from his show. What a shame, I really liked that show. I wonder if he could actually recover his fans after what he's been up to lately. He's turning a lot of people off.

I wish he'd pull it together and get back to work. I'm holding out that he pulls out of it for his career sake. He could be washed up overnight if he isn't already.

I would watch the show on occasion, but it was far from the best thing on television - couldn't believe he was the highest paid actor on TV!

He just looks horrible now.

Congratulations, you are the only two people I've ever met that watched that show on purpose.

It currently airs on one channel and is in syndication on 4 more. It's not like I'm buying tickets to see it in 3-D.

And I love Holland Taylor.

I'll claim to be the third. The show was irreverently funny, though I saw Charlie as the straight man more so than the "star".....the real funny stuff came from the kid and Berta.

Unfortunately, though, the more Charlie runs his mouth, the less I like him (though I can separate "him" from his show character). He's right up there with Mel Gibson, John Travolta, and some of the many other self-important folks in my book.....whether "stars" or not.

We claim 4 and 5! We love the show (AND the re-runs!). But we've become wholeheartedly turned off by Charlie and his narcissistic motor-mouthing as to his being the one and only talent ON the show. It's a terrific ensemble cast with very talented writers behind them. But... it's just a TV show.

IMO, CBS is doing the right thing in firing him. Nobody is indispensable. As such, maybe Chaw-wee will get his act together the way Robert Downey Jr. seems to have.

I like RDJ. I hope he keeps it together, but even if he doesn't, I like RDJ a LOT. I think he's a wonderful actor, and probably a decent person. He's had his problems.

If he starts feaking out th "Goddesses" and they leave, then what?

Then he goes back to being just an old-looking (notice I didn't say old?) alcoholic crack-head instead of an old-looking alcoholic crack-head with two soon-to-be-old young crack-head ho's.

I enjoyed it at the beginning when the little boy was young. But as he aged it was not as funny.
