Think about all the water golf courses waste watering the greens. If you live in a golf community, you use excess water whether it is billed to you directly or the association/community pays for it. Example; Sandestin

But if they have ponds that collect rainwater and use pumps to disperse that water, is it a waste, or just simply a redistribution? I realize if it is redistribution it certainly will garner a lot of support among this group.

Do not know. Will start asking around though.

I will call Camp Creek tomorrow and ask them. I'm not sure what Watersound does, but I'm gonna call and ask. I know we have a holding pond in the gated part of Watersound but I'm not sure what it is used for, I will call Jim tomorrow and ask. We all have to be accountable.

I would wager that most golf courses are on well water. My main reason for saying this is the presence of huge amount of rust stains deposited by the iron in the water.

Of course, that's just a hypothesis...

Inet Beach Water Board allowed Inlet Dunes condos to drill a well for landscaping irrigation so our water bill will reduve after the intial expense is met. We are green, mack daddy!i
