I think that as a former president he is being respectful to the new president...that is usually how it is done. Now as far as Obama is concerned every problem with this country was Bush's fault....no respect there.

You're right....but, I don't remember hearing Obama state that specifically. Maybe it would be an easier task, for all involved, to start listing all the "current problems" that had nothing to do with Bush.
