The domain name is registered until September 8, 2012. I'd watch it in case that housing market ever turns around, they might pay a pretty penny to get it back.

Where have you been grazing Sheep? It's been overly quiet and peaceful lately.

I check the Walton County Clerk for Lis Pendens twice a day. This week was very busy for new foreclosure pre-requisite filings. Again, at the level where a property can cash flow off rental income it is picked off immediately, but the over-leveraged properties are being walked away from in big numbers and they are hitting the market faster than the normal rate of consumption. People who have cash on hand and want out are competing with this by lowering their price and bringing cash to closing causing further erosion of price.

A new age has dawned, I believe, regardless of wealth, many are walking away from their very poor invesments. Neg CFed into Hades, their properties will not see the Light of Equity for many squared moons.
