I needed your recipe for that blue cheese/balsamic reduction thing you do with steak. Didn't wanna call and disturb your NYE, so I winged it. It turned out great, but post it again would ya? I searched here and could not find...was probably calling it the wrong thing. :wave:

I don't remember blue cheese - that may have been allifunn. but I do reduce red balsamic vinegar, then add butter and the steak juices to serve with a steak that I sometimes cook right in the pan on the stove. I'm sure you did it best!

Yeah, that's it!!! I must have added blue cheese at one time like I did last night and thought it was you. Anyway, it turned out good. Cooked 'em on the stove too. Delish.

i use that reduction on cheese ravioli
