That home is + or - $525,000 and is about 3,200 square feet.
We have another at + or - $435,000 and is about 2,150 square feet.
The others are +$1,000,000 plus and probably don't help you meet your goals.

Thanks for your response. We would like to be closer to the beach than Cypress and would sacrifice space for location. Love the house, though.

Bobby, Thanks for your help. We may have found something this weekend that will work for us, but it's not very likely that they will take the lot. If you find a buyer for the lot, you would be my hero. Lot# 48, corner lot in the back.
