I thought the DOT said that there was no chance of it becoming permanent. When did that change and how much are we paying for THAT?
The DOT won't approve one there permanently.

You must not live near there. That light has been needed for years. East Bound stacked up in the curve before the light. I attended the meeting where the fire chief of the Geronimo station practically begged for the light to aid in response time. That intersection is much safer now because of the light.Let's hope that they don't.
I wish the one at S. Geronimo in Miramar Beach was not there. It's not in sync and east bound traffic stacks up in the curve, right about when cars get going good. Expect rear end collisions in the warmer months..[/QUOTE
