No. There was a "gentleman" there that was trying to persuade someone/anyone to dance with him. We all declined. But my best buddy jfunn told him I had just completed a 12 week course at The Arthur Murray Dance Studio. So he spent most of the night hanging at my end of the table trying to get me to dance with him. Everyone else just grabbed their cell phones whenever he came over and had imaginary conversations, with their imaginary friends.
I finally told him I was under contract with "Dancing with the Stars" and therefore could not dance in public until after the new season was over.
