Take a look at the Charter Schools in Pensacola, seems this group was statewide and recently indicted.

But Florida has school choice and you can pretty much go to any school you want...

It's ok for the woman to choose to have or not have the child. Per the government.
But not ok for her to choose what school the child can go to should she gave the baby. Per the government.

Public, but kids can choose between high performing schools and the like. I had 2 daughters that attended a charter high school at Northwest Florida State and had to go into a lottery. Currently, student athletes seem to benefit the most from the school choice, IMO.
