You will get farther in life (even law school) being yourself--a good person with integrity--than you will if you lower yourself to her level. I'm sure it is disappointing to find out that someone who you thought was your friend was just using you. Keep in mind that recruiters look at more than just grades and your character will be more important for your career, in the long term, than your ranking. Keep thinking of "how to win friends and influence people."

Sounds like the typical crap at UGA Law School.... I worked in the Law Library a while back, everyone tends to go from 0 to b***h at the blink of an eye.

I LOVE Athens, as it was more my home than anywhere else (before now) but strange people are everywhere up there.

Heading up that way in the next few weeks, as my parents are down at Lake Oconee, might have to make a detour to the old hometown for a couple of hours.

You're so right, and it's not just the students, the librarians are...well let's just say there's some folks there who don't seem to be gettin' any.

You should swing up to the classic city, it is hard to pass up.

Maybe I am just overly sensitive, but this really hurt me to think that I go out of my way for anyone all of the time and it always ends up blowing up in my face. There are so many strange people out there, and I seem to come across them all.

the sysetm wasn't abused in this case...IMHO...just a person that takes but does not know how to give. Don't let it jade you BS...just be cautious next time.

Sounds like a lawyer to me.
