Applicants must be bonded and insured.
Have reliable transportation
Must pass drug test and background check.
Job Description / Housekeeper:
Clean individual properties following detailed quality expectations provided by manager
Properties are to be completed and inspected by 4pm
90% of cleans will be preformed on Saturdays during peak seasons
Ability to preform mid-week cleans on a case by case basis if requested by guest
Job Description / Quality Control Inspectors:
90% of work will be completed on Saturdays during peak season
Ability to efficiently inspect properties in a timely manner and have an eye for detail
All properties are to be inspected by 4pm
Pay:
Each property will be paid by piece and the cleaning fee will be agreed upon by manager and housekeeper.
Inspectors are paid by piece and rate will be determined by bedroom count.
