The color of love is infused in all three courses of the fine dining menu that begins with a “Shades of Red” salad with Red Leaf Lettuce Stars, fresh raspberries, goat cheese and cranberry vinaigrette. Delectable entrée choices include a Center-cut Filet Mignon in a Scarlet Garden, Fresh Gulf Fish ala Tuscan Vineyard and Boneless Breast of Chicken Roulade in Crimson Cream. All entrees include a Vegetable Violet medley and can paired with Red Shrimp Scampi. The culinary experience concludes with Chef’s Ruby Dessert Plate for Couples with Amaretto Strawberry Mouse, Raspberry Truffles and Cherries Jubilee Rumcake.
