Couldn't agree more with your opening remarks. I saw the listing when it came on the hot sheet. I just don't understand the thinking there....or lack thereof.

The ones in our area are franchises and they are locally owned, as I understand it.

It's my understanding they are owned by Sandestin. Their prices are higher than other Starbucks. In fact, they are higher than Starbucks in NYC.
