Buy regional banks (maybe not in Fl or Ca or NV or Az). Should get a good bounce for 4 or 5 days at least. RF, BXS, RNST, Zions, Cors, etc. Probably go back to the highs they hit Mon. morning before backing off.

Some interesting numbers in that article -- $174 million they gave to Washington DC lobbyists! Also, interesting to see that they supported both Sen Obama and Sen McCain's political campaigns with combined contributions of $142,000. (I don't think it matters which candidate received the most, just that they both are in the pockets of Fannie and Freddie.
